Tips for the perfect cookie
Beat the butter with the sugars first. You want the base to be creamed together before adding the dry ingredients. Fold the chocolate chips in by hand rather than with an electric mixer.
Bake the vegan chocolate chunk pretzel cookies until the edges are just set. I promise the cookies will continue to bake once they are out of the oven. Leaving them in too long will result in a hard, over cooked cookie.
